Update on Watermark/River Center Project
I wanted to provide everyone with an update on the most recent information we have on the Watermark/River Center Project, future home of the Children’s Museum.
River Vision Partners has just received their letter of financial commitment from Calumet County Bank. With this in place, they are now able to proceed with the final phase of financing. It is anticipated that this phase will require approximately eight to ten weeks for completion. Ground Breaking and Construction will begin immediately after the loan closing.

First Step Complete
We are thrilled to have completed the first step in our goal to build a first class children's museum in downtown Green Bay. It is exciting to be a part of a project that will be instrumental in helping to revitalize the river and bring the heart and soul back to the downtown area. First and most importantly we want to thank our donors for all of their patience during this process. We'll be getting the new plans together in the next couple of months and meeting with donors individually. Without their support this museum wouldn't be a reality.
