What’s Included:
1 ½ Hour Room Rental
Enjoy lunch, singing, and cake eating privately in your own room for up to 1 ½ hours before heading out to explore the museum. (Food, drink, and cake is not included.)
Unlimited Access to the Museum for the Day
The birthday girl/boy and friends will be exhausted at the end of this fun day! Not only will they get unlimited time exploring the museum’s 10 main exhibits, they’ll be treated to even more. Read on!
2 Museum Learning Leaders
Have one of our museum experts guide you through the special day rental. The birthday girl/boy will have an enlightened experience with help from our staff while in the 1.5 hour rental space. If they are big fans of a princess or superheroes, you can request these characters to host, pending availabililty, at no additional cost. * Please see themes below
2 Organized Games
Let our Museum Learning Leader organize a couple fun games for the birthday crew, so not only do they get to explore the museum, they’ll break up the day with some traditional birthday games too!
Special craft/project, take home placemats, earth friendly plates and silverware, assistance with gift opening and help with clean up
Costs:
A $50 non-refundable security deposit is required to book your party. This security deposit will be applied to the total cost of your party.

The Children’s Museum of Green Bay allows free admission for one adult per every four children. (Additional adult admissions are the same as indicated above.)

“Let’s Dance! Be a Star ”
Get low and shake your tail feathers with your friends and family as we rock the house for your birthday dance party. Party includes dress up and karaoke.
“Fairy-Tale Princess Party”
Guests get the royal treatment at this celebration! Your Royal party host helps party princes and princesses design their own jewels and enjoy activities that make this day happily ever after.

Make your child’s party extra special by inviting a caped crusader. A superhero will host your party providing a touch of adventure and wonder.

Join our Mad Scientist in the laboratory where your team of mini scientists will concoct the perfect celebration. Secret formula for fun included!
“Bricks 4 Kids”-LEGOS! *Additional cost for this theme
We learn, we build and we play with Lego bricks! This Lego themed party includes a 45-minute Lego build that your guests can take home. Themes include: Laws of Motion, Space Adventures, Transportation Timeline, Exploring the Everglades, Construction Craze, Amazing Animals, Gadgets and Gizmos, Engineering Marvels, Ticket to Ride, Energy is Everywhere, Spectacular Sports, Forces of Nature, Interesting Inventions and Air, Land and Sea.
Common Birthday Party Questions
Most groups arrive at different times. Upon arrival please have guests sign in at the welcome desk for further instructions.
How early can we get into the Birthday Party Room?
The party host may arrive to the room 15 minutes prior to scheduled start time of room rental.
May guests under the age of 18 be dropped off?
An adult must escort all guests under the age of 18 in the museum. Party rooms require one chaperone per four children, not including learning leader.
Can we bring our own cake?
Yes, provided you furnish proof of purchase from a licensed bakery. Please note the museum enforces a peanut butter free zone and offers easy catering with Dairy Queen and The Runaway Spoon
Can we take leftover cake with us after the party?
Yes, we leave the cake box in your party room.
Is the birthday party room decorated?
If you like, you may bring additional decorations for your party.
Where can we store gifts and decorations?
The welcome center will provide you with a storage bin.
How will we know when our party room time is complete?
The learning leader will inform the guest when there is 10 minutes remaining.
When is payment required?
Payment is required to schedule the party. You will need to provide a credit card number to make the reservation.
